  1. Overview:
  2.    This window is used to enter bank account information.  Up to 
  3.    nine different bank accounts can be entered.  These are the bank
  4.    accounts you write checks against to pay your bills.
  5.  
  6.    In addition, this window can be used to select a new bank account
  7.    to pay bills from.  Note that bills are always paid from the 
  8.    current bank account, either the one selected upon the initial 
  9.    window, or the new one selected here.  The balance of this bank
  10.    account will be updated whenever you "Pay Bills" or "Enter Bills" 
  11.    that have been already paid.

  13. Fields:
  14.    Account ID - Select the desired bank account from the list box.  
  15.       Since only nine bank accounts can be defined, they have been 
  16.       pre-defined as account id "1"  through "9".  To add a new bank
  17.       account, select one that is "Not Used", then enter a new 
  18.       description and select "OK".  Note that the "Edit - Change 
  19.       Current Balance" menu selection can be used to enter the 
  20.       initial account balance.

  22.    Description - Description of this bank account.  You should use
  23.       the name of the bank and type of account, for example "Bank of 
  24.       America Checking".

  26.   Current activity:
  27.       Balance - This field shows the current balance of this bank 
  28.          account. 
  29.  
  30.       Date - This field shows the date of last activity made to this 
  31.          account.  Activity can be a deposit, withdrawl, or check.
  32.  
  33.       Check # - This field shows the last check number written against
  34.          this account.  
  35.    
  36. Buttons:
  37.    Ok - Update all bank account information.
  38.  
  39.    Cancel - Return to previous window.  Do no update any information
  40.      not "Ok'ed" so far.

  42. Menu Bar:
  43.    File:
  44.       Exit - Leave this program.  An option will be presented to take
  45.          a back-up of all files.  This option is recommended.
  46.  
  47.    Edit:
  48.       Change current balance - Allows adjustment of the current balance
  49.          for this bank account.
  50.       
  51.    Windows:
  52.       Bank Accounts - You found this option, it is your current window. 
  53.  
  54.       Catagories - This option is disabled, you must return to 
  55.          the previous window using "OK" or "Cancel".

  57.       Check Register - This option is disabled, you must return to
  58.          the previous window using "OK" or "Cancel".
  59.  
  60.       Company Information - This option is disabled, you must return 
  61.          to the previous window using "OK" or "Cancel".

  63.       Enter Bills - This option is disabled, you must return to
  64.          the previous window using "OK" or "Cancel".
  65.  
  66.       Pay Bills - This option is disabled, you must return to
  67.          the previous window using "OK" or "Cancel".
